Included are selections from New Directions: Feminism & Profiling; correspondence between Erin Mour้ and Bronwen Wallace discussing feminist theory and plans for a Feminist Caucus panel on women and language; the outcome of that panel, Illegitimate Positions: Women & Language; “Women as Rebels”; and Reinventing Memory.

Anne Burke, the editor, is chairperson of the Feminist Caucus of the League of Canadian Poets. A Calgary-based writer and editor/publisher of The Prairie Journal of Canadian Literature, Burke is also one of five poets featured in the Open 24 Hours (Broken Jaw Press) collection.
